Responsibilities

• Leads branch operational integrity and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Schedules staff and manages branch coverage, opens/closes the branch.
• Trains and mentors Tellers and Relationship Bankers on transaction and operation-based skills.
• Serves as escalation point for overrides and policy exceptions.
• Handles cash transactions, wire transfers, and bank checks within limits; supports customer requests.
• Liaises with other departments to resolve operational challenges and supports branch audits.
