Responsibilities

• Oversees branch operations and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Develops staff through supervision, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensures excellent member service and prompt resolution of requests or complaints.
• Manages lobby flow, staffing, and scheduling to meet service standards.
• Participates in leadership meetings and supports branch goals and profitability.
• Assists with loan processing and service representative duties as needed.
• Maintains safety, security, and cash controls; ensures regulatory compliance.
