Greater Nevada Credit Union, a division of America First, is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Reno, NV. You will lead staff, model exceptional member service, and drive branch performance while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

In this role you will mentor teammates, collaborate with the branch manager on growth strategies, conduct audits, resolve complex member issues, and promote a member-centric culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial service industry.
