Greater Nevada Credit Union's Golden Valley Branch in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch manager across operations, sales and member service.

You will lead by example, mentor staff, ensure compliance, monitor performance, and drive growth while delivering a best-in-class member experience. If you are passionate about helping communities and building relationships, join us for a collaborative environment with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in banking, financial services, or a customer-facing retail/call center environment (financial services preferred).
• 1–2+ years of team leadership experience (supervision, mentoring, operations) in fast-paced environments.
• 2+ years of experience operating in a structured, metrics-driven, or regulated environment with clear processes and compliance requirements.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).

Responsabilités

• Lead by example, inspiring team members to achieve excellence in their roles.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to branch staff to enhance their professional development.
• Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
• Acts as Branch Manager when Branch Manager is not present; address personnel matters as assigned.
