Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking or financial services (customer-facing)
• 1–2+ years of team leadership experience or proven leadership through ownership and results
• 2+ years in a structured, metrics-driven or regulated environment with clear processes and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire team to achieve excellence.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to branch staff for development.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Conduct regular audits and implement best practices for operational effectiveness.
• Cultivate a member-centric culture and deliver exceptional service.
• Engage with members to address needs and provide solutions.
• Resolve complex member issues and complaints; escalate as needed.
• Lead with internal departments to resolve issues requiring support.
• Act as Branch Manager when the Branch Manager is not present.
• Address personnel matters as assigned.
