Job summary

FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION in Houston, TX is seeking a Branch Manager-support role to ensure superior service and efficient daily operations. You will assist with procedures, supervise staff in the manager's absence, and champion member needs while cross-selling credit union products.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, handling member inquiries, performing cash audits, and ensuring compliance with BSA/AML requirements.

Qualifications

1–3 years of similar or related experience.
Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and branch software.

Responsibilities

Support Branch Manager in all areas of branch operations, including member services, lending, staff performance management, compliance and facilities.
Perform duties of Branch Manager in their absence.
Actively educate and inform members on all credit union products and actively cross-sell all products/services.
Assist member(s) with transaction requests and account inquiries and perform account maintenance tasks.
Perform regular cash audits on MSR cash drawers and vault/ATM cash where applicable.
Provide feedback to management on interviewing/hiring and staff performance issues; resolve member complaints and follow up.
