Qualifications

• 2+ years of branch operations supervisory experience in a banking/credit union.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Experience overseeing cash handling, compliance, and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing branch team through servant leadership.
• Reinforce mission, vision, and values; motivate staff to achieve service and performance excellence.
• Conduct coaching sessions focused on service quality and consultative sales.
• Partner with team members on career growth and advancement opportunities.
• Ensure training completion and operational proficiency across the branch.
• Oversee daily supervisory duties including scheduling, performance management, and workflow.
