Texans Credit Union in the Dallas metro area is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in leading daily operations and sales efforts. This role focuses on delivering excellent member service, guiding staff, and maintaining a compliant, efficient branch environment.

The position requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a branch or retail/financial setting and strong knowledge of financial products. A high-school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Branch Manager in managing all sales and operational functions within the branch.
• Lead and develop branch staff to provide excellent service to members in transactions, loans and accounts.
• Serve as primary manager on duty in the absence of a branch manager.
• Monitor branch activity, customer service, and sales performance to ensure profitability and strong service quality.
• Provide coaching and counseling to employees; evaluate performance and enforce quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Schedule staff to balance sales/service, operations, and leadership responsibilities.
