Qualifications

• Two-year degree or relevant certification or training.
• 3–5 years of related experience; credit union preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Ability to analyze complex transactions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise branch staff and scheduling.
• Direct daily branch sales and operations.
• Develop and execute sales and service programs.
• Review department production reports with staff.
• Oversee cash management, security, and ITM maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with security policy and regulations.
