Job summary

FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION is seeking a Branch Manager support role to assist in daily branch operations, lead service delivery, and drive product cross-sales. You will ensure accurate member transactions, oversee cash processes and maintain security of the facility in the Branch Manager's absence.

You will also participate in staff coaching, performance reviews, and training, while adhering to BSA/AML requirements and regulatory guidelines, with occasional travel to other branches as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML regulations.
• Ability to prepare and maintain confidential records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in all areas of branch operations.
• Actively educate and inform members on credit union products and cross-sell services.
• Assist members with transactions and account maintenance.
• Perform regular cash audits on MSR cash drawers, vault and ATM cash.
• Provide feedback on interviewing/hiring processes and staff performance reviews.
• Travel to other branch locations for support; work Saturdays when scheduled.
