QXO Summer Internship Program offers a 12-week, structured development experience across branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics. Interns work with senior leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and business priorities while delivering a final project and presenting insights.

Participants gain mentorship, defined objectives, and professional development opportunities in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities across Roofing, Lumber, Insulation

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an anticipated graduation date Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028.
• Academic focus related to the internship area.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional tone.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Interest in gaining hands-on business experience at QXO.
• Ability to work full-time for the 12-week program.
• Comfort working in a branch environment and engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work with QXO leaders to understand customers, products, markets and priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to improve processes.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth and customer engagement.
• Build relationships with interns, mentors, leaders and colleagues.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights to QXO leaders.
