Job summary

QXO is seeking a Summer Intern to participate in a 12-week program designed to provide hands-on exposure to a fast-paced organization while building skills for a career in building products and services.

Interns will gain exposure to branch operations across Roofing, Lumber, Building Materials, and Insulation & Installation, working with local leaders and teams to understand customers, products, markets, and business priorities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with expected Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028 graduation.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects within your assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations including sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work alongside QXO leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and business priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned work and use data to solve problems and improve processes.
• Complete a final internship project and present insights and recommendations to QXO leaders.
