• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with Winter 2027 or Spring/Summer 2028 graduation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity and initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a branch-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meaningful projects and day-to-day priorities within assigned branch.
• Gain hands-on exposure to branch operations: sales, customer service, inventory, logistics.
• Work with leaders to understand customers, products, markets, and business priorities.
• Take ownership of tasks and use data to improve processes and branch performance.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional activities to connect operations to overall business goals.
• Support initiatives focused on sales growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with fellow interns and leaders to develop business and leadership skills.
• Seek feedback and complete a final internship project with recommendations for leaders.
