Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC in Missouri is offering a Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors pursuing a degree in Business or Finance. This 100% onsite program provides hands-on experience in loan processing, customer service, and branch operations, with exposure to multiple departments and career paths.

Interns earn $15.00 per hour and may be considered for full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for background checks and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily functions and operations of a branch.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding activities.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to the Branch Operations division.
• Learn about branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
