Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering a Branch Operations Internship in Missouri. The program provides real-world branch experience, exposure to the Republic Way sales and customer service approach, regulatory training, and potential full-time employment after graduation.

The internship is 100% onsite and pays $15.00 per hour. Interns will learn loan processes, assist in origination and funding, and participate in regional meetings while exploring career paths within Branch Operations and related

Qualifications

• Must be a junior or senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong work ethic with reliability and eagerness to learn.
• Able to commit 18–20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Background check and pre-employment screening required; licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn loan process and regulatory training through accelerated program.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Meet with Manager and Regional VP to understand promotional paths.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops when available.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles aligned with branch operations.
