Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Branch Ops Intern to learn the daily functions of a branch, including loan origination, processing, closings and funding. The role offers hands-on experience, exposure to the wider organization, and accelerated licensing opportunities where applicable.

Position is 100% onsite with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors in Business or Finance, eager to learn, reliable, and capable of 18–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field
• Must be able to work 18–20 hours per week
• Must pass background, credit checks and pre-employment drug screen
• Eligible for insurance licensing based on state background check

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes including origination, processing, closings and funding
• Attend regional meetings and participate in process-improvement projects within Branch Operations
• Work with management to understand promotional paths and career opportunities
• Exposure to corporate roles where branch experience is valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting)
