Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is offering an on-site Branch Operations Intern position for current college juniors and seniors studying Business or Finance. The role provides hands-on exposure to daily branch activities, loan lifecycle, and corporate operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Must be available to work 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet background, credit checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligible to meet insurance licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding.
• Learn from Manager and Regional VP about responsibilities and promotion paths.
• Attend regional meetings or workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Participate in branch operations process-improvement projects.
