Qualifications

• Must be a current Junior or Senior majoring in Business or Finance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be able to work 18-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan processes.
• Participate in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to understand career paths in Branch Operations.
• Gain exposure to branch operations process improvement projects.
• Explore corporate roles related to Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, etc.
