Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Able to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing depends on background check.

Responsibilities

• Become licensed and go through an accelerated version of the Assistant Branch Manager Program to learn loan process and regulatory training.
• Assist in daily loan origination, processing, closings and fundings including file prep, auditing, and funding readiness.
• Spend time with Manager and Regional VP to learn responsibilities and potential promotional path.
• Attend regional meetings and workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
• Learn about Branch Operations process improvement projects.
• Learn about corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are desired and review benefits.
