Job summary

Republic Finance in the United States is offering an on-site Branch Operations Internship for current juniors or seniors majoring in Business or Finance. You will learn branch daily operations, interact with leaders, and gain real-world experience across loan origination, processing, and funding while exploring internal career paths.

The program includes licensing-related training, regional meetings, and potential full-time employment after graduation.

Qualifications

Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
Ideal candidates will be eager to learn, enthusiastic, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Must have the ability to work a minimum of 18-20 hours per week.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing (criminal background & pre-employment drug screen).

Responsibilities

Learn daily branch operations and loan processes including origination, processing, closings and funding.
Attend regional meetings/workshops to gain exposure to Branch Operations.
Assist in systemic process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
Participate in licensing and regulatory training through accelerated programs.
Explore corporate roles where Branch backgrounds are valued (Audit, Compliance, Training, Recruiting).
