Ameris Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations and lead a team in delivering sales and service objectives. You will plan and direct branch functions, ensure compliance, and drive customer experience while managing risk and audits.

Responsibilities include talent development, coaching, resource planning, achieving growth targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships across commercial and consumer banking. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in retail banking required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail banking experience.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience required.
• Branch operations experience required.
• Cross selling experience preferred.
