Job summary

The role requires leading staffing, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance, while ensuring compliance, risk management, and exceptional customer experience.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years in retail banking, with supervisory experience, are required.

• 1+ year of supervisory or mentoring experience.

• Cross selling experience required.
• Sales management and business development experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly outside business development objectives by focusing on commercial deposit growth and centers of influence.
• Implement strategy, assess performance, motivate and manage a team to meet service and sales objectives.
• Recruit, train, coach, lead, schedule, motivate, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery.
• Demonstrate effective sales strategies to attract and retain customer relationships.
• Manage customer experience and resolve complex issues to ensure service excellence.
