Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by utilizing company digital tools to maximize all aspects of branch performance
• Lead external digital strategy through customer digital adoption
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and training to branch personnel
• Ensure branch personnel have the tools necessary to achieve highest levels of sales potential
• Effectively manage branch P&L to meet or exceed targets
• Implement branch security and safety standards through inspections and corrective actions
• Develop positive relationships with customers and vendors
• Conduct/oversee inventory control procedures and ensure appropriate inventory levels
• Collaborate with partners to support branch mission and growth
• Make deliveries to branches/customers as required
