Rexel USA is seeking a Branch Manager for the Middletown, CT location to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable branch operations. You will oversee sales, inventory, safety programs, and customer partnerships while implementing strategic growth initiatives and annual budgets.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring operational efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, operations, electrical distribution, or similar B2B industry experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Certification to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by maximizing branch performance and digital tools.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and training to branch personnel.
• Manage branch P&L to meet sales, income and budget targets.
• Ensure safety standards and run regular facility inspections.
