Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable processes and maintain local collections contacts.
• Monitor lease, contract maintenance, billing, and resolve issues to support profitability.
• Coordinate fleet service activities: licensing, permitting, vehicle in/out service, and vendor support.
• Perform process analyses using reports (e.g., 1211, credit memos) to improve efficiency.
