Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead in Indiana to oversee daily branch activity, maintain compliance, and lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will partner with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations, manage lobby flow, and promote self-service tools while upholding policy and risk controls.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, handling transactions, and facilitating compliant, secure branch operations in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

Adheres to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
Keeps an organized, detail-focused approach to branch tasks.
Able to train and educate branch team and partners.
1+ years of retail banking experience.
High school diploma/GED or foreign equivalent.
Available to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming branch atmosphere and exceptional client experiences.
Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and meetings to build relationships.
Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients through services.
Lead branch operations including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
Promote self-service options to simplify client banking.
Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure.
