Job summary

Socket.dev in the United States is seeking a Branch Coordinator to join our growing team. The role is branch-based with occasional travel for regional support and training, and you will support the local sales staff to ensure client satisfaction and timely scheduling.

The candidate should have 1+ year in operations or dispatch, strong organizational and communication skills, and a drive to grow in contract management and leadership.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in operations, dispatch, or leadership in HVAC/mechanical/service.
• Proven dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.
• HVAC/mechanical equipment knowledge a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year driving history.
• DOT Medical Card ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support sales activity by creating quotes and proposals.
• Coordinate meetings between sales and operations for complex projects.
• Manage daily dispatch and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct weekly safety training.
• Oversee contract management with AR and finance teams.
• Load, deliver, and install equipment at diverse sites.
