Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 3-person operations support team.
• Oversee order entry, billing, collections, and workflow accuracy.
• Manage office bills, facility allocations, credit card purchasing, and payroll allocations.
• Serve as ERP (Epicor) training lead and process improvement driver.
• Support documentation, reporting, and customer portal submissions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops, Engineering, Manufacturing, and PMs.
