Qualifications

• Educate branch team and partners to keep everyone informed and compliant.
• Build meaningful client relationships and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and outstanding client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs during their visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and resolving client issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify client banking 24/7 access.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance and audits.
