Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills; strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and sit as required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain heavy daily telephone contact with external and internal customers regarding product information, needs and availability.
• Enter orders into the systems and expedite them per processes; respond to customer requests to ensure service.
• Follow-up on order status and relay shipping information; use CRM to manage cases and reports.
• Process customer claims and disputes; distribute inquiries to relevant branch personnel.
• Support inventory tracking and restocking; greet will-call customers and ensure expeditious fulfillment.
• Review dealer web orders for special handling due to inventory or shipping Instructions.
