Controlled Products Systems Group in Denver is seeking an On-site Customer Care Associate to maintain daily contact with customers, enter orders, and manage inquiries using CRM systems to ensure top service. You will assist with inventory, greet will-call customers, process shipments, and support branch operations while upholding safety standards.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain heavy daily telephone contact with customers regarding product information and availability.
• Enter orders into systems and expedite them per established procedures; respond to customer requests.
• Follow-up on order status, relay shipping information and use CRM to manage cases.
• Process customer claims and distribute inquiries to the relevant branch personnel.
• Assist with inventory tracking and branch restocking efforts.
• Meet and greet will-call customers and ensure timely order completion.
• Operate forklift and other branch equipment as required.
