Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG), part of Chamberlain Group, is seeking a disciplined warehouse and customer account professional at our Chicago-area branch. You will support branch sales, process orders, manage ERP tasks, and help maintain inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

Role requires on-site presence, ability to lift heavy loads, and collaboration with Branch Manager to meet customer needs and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• 3 years of customer account management experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving branch sales and profitability goals as identified in annual budget.
• Provide customer service and support, order entry and processing management.
• Manage ERP system tasks to ensure correct shipments and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and report safety issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
• Assist in stocking and ensuring availability for stock levels.
• Train employees on handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock.
