Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a one-stop distributor of access control and perimeter security products. This role handles high-volume customer calls, processes orders, tracks shipments, and resolves issues to ensure top-notch service for dealers and installers.

The position requires on-site attendance in the Denver area, a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years in customer care within a manufacturing or distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent telephone contact with external and internal customers regarding product information and availability.
• Enter and expedite orders in the system; respond to customer requests to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow up on order status, provide shipping updates, and create/maintain reports using CRM.
