• Engage clients with clear communication and manage waiting queues for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM; resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
