Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) seeks a dedicated customer service associate to manage orders, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with branches nationwide. You will handle order entry, shipping updates, and CRM case management to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift experience is a plus, with on-site attendance required at the Salt Lake City location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter and expedite orders; respond to customer requests for information and availability.
• Follow up on open orders and relay shipping details; process customer cases in CRM.
• Process customer claims and disputes; distribute inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; help with inventory tracking and restocking.
• Greet will-call customers and ensure expeditious order completion; operate forklift as needed.
