Job summary

Motion & Flow Control Products Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to support daily branch operations, provide counter and phone service, and handle warehouse production tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes processing orders, stocking inventory, building hose assemblies, quality checks, and coordinating pickups or shipments while maintaining accurate records. forklift operation and safety compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail/branch operations is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter, phone, and electronic customer service.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders in the system; maintain accurate documentation.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and stock incoming products; stock to proper locations.
• Build hose assemblies; assist with testing and finishing; perform quality checks.
• Package, label, shrink wrap, stage, and ship orders with national carriers or customer pickup.
• Support inventory control activities including cycle counts.
