Job summary

Chamberlain Group’s Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) is seeking an on-site Warehouse/Branch Operations staff member to handle order entry, customer inquiries, and distribution tasks across multiple branches. You will maintain CRM-driven communications, assist with inventory, and ensure timely, accurate processing of customer orders.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years in customer care within manufacturing or distribution, strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills; strong computer skills.
• Preferred: Some college or equivalent experience; Proficiency in Spanish.
• Contribute to team efforts and related projects as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit.
• Ability to use hand/finger tools; reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to climb/balance; stoop/kneel/bend/crouch/crawl.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily telephone contact with customers about product information and availability.
• Enter orders and expedite per processes; respond to customer requests to ensure service.
• Follow-up on orders; relay shipping information; use CRM to create and maintain reports.
• Process customer claims and disputes; route emails to the appropriate branch staff.
• Maintain safety and quality; ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Assist with inventory tracking, restocking and branch duties.
• Greet will-call customers and ensure expeditious order completion.
• Review dealer web orders to determine special handling needs.
• Operate forklift and other branch equipment as required.
• Demonstrate on-site attendance and adapt to assigned shift/schedule.
