Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders into the system and expedite them per established processes.
• Reply to customer requests to ensure the highest level of service.
• Follow up on order status and share shipping information with customers.
