Job summary

Controlled Products Systems Group (CPSG) is part of Chamberlain Group, delivering access control and security solutions through branch locations nationwide. The Associate II role emphasizes customer care, order entry, and branch operations to support dealers and installers.

Responsibilities include order processing, CRM usage, inventory support, and safety compliance; strong communication and problem-solving are essential. On-site presence is required with some lifting and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years customer care experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills; strong computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Stand, walk, and sit for long periods; manual dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heavy daily telephone contact with external and internal customers regarding product information, needs and availability.
• Enter orders into the systems and expedite them; respond to customer requests to ensure high service.
• Follow-up with customers on order status and relay shipping information; use CRM to manage cases.
• Initiate and process customer claims and disputes; route inquiries to the appropriate branch personnel.
• Assist with inventory tracking, maintenance and restocking at the branch.
• Meet and greet all will call customers and ensure orders are completed expeditiously.
• Operate forklift and other branch equipment as required.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of CPSG information and pursue professional development.
