Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch duties: orders, insurance verification, authorizations, and data entry.
• Gather documentation to meet insurance guidelines and obtain plan authorizations.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Perform outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls.
• Other duties as required.
