Job summary

United Business Bank is seeking a Client Service Manager I (CSM I) to lead branch operations onsite, including Teller and New Account functions, while ensuring adherence to bank policies. The role also focuses on coaching staff and driving cross-selling efforts to enhance non-interest income.

The CSM I will monitor daily reports, handle processing issues, and support regional administration and management in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Teller, New Account and Operations procedures.
• Thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including Teller, New Account and back-office tasks.
• Cross-sell Bank products and services and support staff in cross-selling efforts.
• Train direct reports and ensure staff adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Monitor management reports, perform daily callback, and handle item processing issues.
• Assist Regional Branch Administration and Directors with duties and projects.
