Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to supervise daily branch activities, ensure accurate transactions, and foster a welcoming, compliant branch environment. You will partner with the Branch Manager to elevate client experiences through effective supervision and policy adherence.

You will guide staff on procedures, encourage self-service options, and uphold loss controls while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience following banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and team-education abilities.
• Ability to educate and inform branch teams and partners.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch atmosphere.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and ATMs; resolve issues.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep the branch secure.
