Job summary

SECU is seeking a motivated team member to provide exemplary member service across channels, handling account openings, maintenance, and inquiries. You will manage cash, balance drawers, and support drive-thru operations while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, teaching members about services, and assisting with reporting and branch tasks. A positive, professional attitude and reliable teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with a helpful demeanour.
• Good communication and listening skills for member inquiries.
• Basic math, cash handling, and reconciliation abilities.
• Willingness to learn and complete ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with account opening and maintenance.
• Process cash transactions, balance cash drawer, and vault checks.
• Answer phone inquiries and provide information on services.
• Operate drive-thru window and use the Margo system for transactions.
• Record daily/monthly reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Support other branch operations and escalate issues to supervisors.
