Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative at the Frisco, TX location. The role combines teller and personal banker duties, handling transactions, advising members, and ensuring secure cash handling while contributing to growth and service standards.

The position offers a starting wage of $20.00/hour with a sign-on bonus schedule and a bilingual premium of $2/hour upon certification.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six months of work experience (financial institution, customer service or sales experience preferred).
• Attendance and promptness; flexible Mon–Sat schedule.
• Ability to cover staffing at any location within the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Proficient with PC, software and office equipment.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Good vision, hearing, and manual dexterity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospects.
• Process transactions in various settings (in person, video, drive-thru, telephonic).
• Maintain cash and negotiable instruments per policies and laws.
• Engage with members to uncover needs and recommend products.
• Support sales culture and branch standards.
