Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative at the Plano location. The role blends teller and personal-banking duties to deliver exceptional member service and drive financial well-being.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a tiered sign-on bonus totaling $1,250 and bilingual pay enhancement available upon certification. Flexibility to cover cross-location shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Attendance and promptness are critical; must work a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Ability to work at any local RBFCU location as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in-person, via video, drive-thru, or phone.
• Review deposits for fraud and impersonation risk.
• Educate members on RBFCU products and services to meet financial needs.
• Qualify members and assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts.
