Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Attendance and flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.
• Ability to cover staffing at any location within the region if needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using a PC and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, video, drive‑thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments.
• Engage with members to assess needs and recommend products and services.
• Support sales culture and branch standards; uphold performance expectations.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts; review deposits for fraud.
