Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union's Frisco branch seeks a Branch Member Service Representative to greet members, process transactions, and promote RBFCU products and services.

The MSR will balance cash, assess deposits for fraud, and collaborate with Lending and Support teams while delivering friendly, efficient service. Bilingual English/Spanish certification can earn an extra $2 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience in a financial institution, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process a variety of transactions in person, video, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments per policies and regulatory laws.
• Engage members through consultative, needs-based conversations to uncover financial needs and recommend products.
• Support sales culture and uphold branch standards by modeling best practices.
