Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; comfortable in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospects.
• Process various transactions in-person, video, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments according to policies and laws.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations and recommend products/services.
• Support branch standards and sales culture; uphold performance expectations.
