Job summary

Landmark Credit Union is seeking a Branch Supervisor to oversee daily branch operations and report to the Branch Manager. You will supervise staff, ensure consistent service quality, and contribute to a positive member experience.

You will train and schedule personnel, oversee cash flow, and ensure adherence to policies. Strong communication, leadership, and discretion are essential as you support service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in a financial environment or completion of Landmark leadership program.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a high-volume environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving, organizational skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment with confidentiality; NMLS licensing may be required.
• Understand and comply with company policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff; act as manager when needed.
• Ensure members receive high-quality, efficient, friendly, professional service.
• Train branch personnel, oversee scheduling, cash ordering, and branch workflow.
• Serve as a PFO as needed to provide optimum member service.
• Complete and forward monthly logs promptly.
• Attend training at headquarters or off-site location if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
