Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet members and open new memberships; handle account openings and changes.
• Educate members on services and recommend appropriate options.
• Enter transactions into Margo and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter; operate drive-thru when needed.
• Maintain daily/ monthly records like vault control and reconciliations.
• Assist members with account problems and processing corrections.
• Support card advances and credit line requests with supervisor approval.
• Answer calls, file paperwork, scan documents, and perform clerical duties.
